Cancellation Policy
My "product" is "me" and the "appointment"...an allocation of "my time"...of which there are a limited number each week. Wasted time cannot be recovered. Please be sensitive to that fact when changing/cancelling any scheduled appointment. Allow me adequate time so I may fill your time slot (preferably 12-24 hours).
The fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour notice during high season (Nov-May), is 100% of the price of the originally booked appointment. (TRUE emergencies are always and exception to this policy.)
If you call requesting a same day appointment, please understand that my same day appointments are reserved for clients with "physical emergencies".
If you do not have a "physical emergency", I will do all that I can to get you in my schedule as soon as possible.
